Our management spent 3 days in Berlin attending eTail – Germany’s biggest event for e-commerce and retail innovators.

The conference featured more than 80 inspirational speakers and around 90 interactive sessions covering a wide range of e-commerce-related topics.

The focus of this year’s conference was m-commerce and digital transformation, or how they make online shopping a more personalized experience for the customers.

Between the inspirational speakers’ presentations and Creative Boardroom discussions our team had a chance to mingle with e-commerce professionals and exchange ideas with representatives of some of the world’s top retailers from all industries.

It was inspiring and interesting to hear speakers sharing their success stories with the crowd.  At the same time it was useful, because we gained valuable insight into the new trends in customer acquisition and retention, the evolution of mobile-oriented shopping (m-commerce), improving customer experience and so much more.

Right now we are connecting with all the people we met and exchanged cards with and still summing up all the impressions.

However, new events are coming up and we have to get ready for them, too. First up is Pro Light and Sound 2016 in Frankfurt. Are you coming, too? Please let us know, we would love to meet you there!
