Additional execution frequencies were enabled for all delivery methods.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From now on, repricing can be done every 2, 3, 5, 7, 14, and 30 days. New frequencies can be set in <strong>Account&gt;&gt;Account settings&gt;&gt;Repricing<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/wlKOwoXPiqGZggPBxQxbbGm4NuKKsq6np07FF3QnN7v2YSKcm6atKt2g0qA25H5IFjoAMPWfYNTdzInGTnTPZYhwD7mK4huxROwJidKtqvTHAou_CLWlyvjxHia_G0WdmCNq1xBRgv1mAB3Cu3xrlBgrkvK6RPfLRyCoI_BjlIabcGkXgDKXVX5EkECxpg\" alt=\"Additional Repricing Frequencies\" width=\"864\" height=\"195\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><h2><strong>Individual products can be excluded from repricing<\/strong><\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of you have brought to our attention that you do not always need to reprice all the products. Sometimes you would like to exclude some of them. Until now, Price2Spy didn\u2019t have this option, but from now on you will be able to exclude individual products from the repricing procedure.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new option (a checkbox) allows you to exclude individual products that they don&#8217;t want to reprice. When this checkbox is used for a certain product, that product will not be included in repricing strategies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The new checkbox is located in every Add\/Edit product page in GUI<\/strong>. It is unchecked by default for all products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/ELuKyMkxfCDiYdH764hGmliXEozNJ13F06DJ5bKQPw84r6EPLEbcZtSgrmbVd4qaDubnIJBvnB-3G5YuPrdyHtE1l604CKaVnphPrgex6wyL9Af3qs0aMx-DWt0eNsDnYG3dBY6D8gMW0b0cakXX2WctyUesklsSZH1BpLwyLGYXRqLbTpIS8r3sJyDekQ\" alt=\"Individual products can be excluded from repricing\" width=\"501\" height=\"543\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Products without Cost price don\u2019t have to be repriced <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Another novelty is that products without Cost price don&#8217;t have to be repriced. <strong>Account&gt;&gt;Repricing&gt;&gt;Repricing settings<\/strong> has a setting dropdown Profitability indicator. One of the two options in this dropdown is <strong>Markup<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When this option is selected, an additional checkbox that appears is created: Calculate repricing suggestions even if products don&#8217;t have a Cost price. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All active (paid and trial) clients that already use repricing and have Profitability indicator = Markup have this new option checked by default. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All new clients will have Profitability indicator = Markup by default (like usual), but will not have this setting checked by default. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients that have Profitability indicator = Profit margin set are not affected, meaning the new checkbox is not displayed when this option is used. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exclude from repricing &#8211; additional validation for this feature <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, we informed you about the <em>Exclude from repricing<\/em> checkbox that is present on add\/edit product page. It allows you to exclude certain products from repricing calculations. An additional condition for this checkbox is created, and it hides the checkbox if the account doesn\u2019t have a repricing add-on set in admin, and doesn\u2019t have Repricing settings configured in GUI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional data is included in the repricing file <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You are already familiar that you can receive repricing files via email, FTP, and SFTP. The columns are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Suggested markup \/ Suggested profit margin (depending on the settings) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Current markup \/ Current profit margin (depending on the settings) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Suggested price \/ Reprice <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Competitor price <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Cost price <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The needed steps are the following:  <strong>Repricing>>Repricing opportunities>>specific strategy>>Affected products column for Clever drop and Clever raise<\/strong> &#8211; click on the number leads to <strong>Opportunity URLs page.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exported Excel is also sorted according to the currently set sorting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.price2spy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-10_10h58_13.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"817\" height=\"199\" src=\"https:\/\/www.price2spy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-10_10h58_13.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10146\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.price2spy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-10_10h58_13.png 817w, https:\/\/www.price2spy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-10_10h58_13-300x73.png 300w, https:\/\/www.price2spy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-10_10h58_13-768x187.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 817px) 100vw, 817px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2018Select all\u2019 option created for repricing <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Select\/Deselect all option was created for the Sites filter on numerous pages (My products, Reports, etc.) and now the same is done for the Repricing section &#8211; Opportunity URLs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Account&gt;&gt;Repricing&gt;&gt;Repricing opportunities&gt;&gt;specific strategy&gt;&gt;Affected products column&gt;&gt;click on a number<\/strong> (for Clever drop, clever raise, and stock\/assortment opportunity)<strong>&gt;&gt;Opportunity URLs <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking Select all selects all Individual sites and Countries, and clicking it again deselects them all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategy name is displayed on the opportunity URLs page <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Repricing &gt;&gt; Repricing opportunities<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each repricing strategy has its name, and that name is now displayed on the Opportunity URLs page for all opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"993\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.price2spy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/2022-12-27_15h10_35.png\" alt=\"Strategy name is displayed on opportunity URLs page \" class=\"wp-image-9882\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.price2spy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/2022-12-27_15h10_35.png 993w, https:\/\/www.price2spy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/2022-12-27_15h10_35-300x121.png 300w, https:\/\/www.price2spy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/2022-12-27_15h10_35-768x309.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Repricing can be split now <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Repricing can be split now in a similar fashion as alert emails. When repricing is executed, the repricing file for a certain brand only will be sent to the set email. For brands that don&#8217;t have emails set when the split is used, the repricing file will not be received, even though repricing is done for those products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope this will make repricing even easier to use.
