Akakce.com – also monitored by stealth IP traffic
In the past we have informed you how big market names (like of staples.com) try to detect and ban price-monitoring traffic. It seems that this trend is growing quite fast, as more and more sites spend considerable budgets on IT equipment / personnel in charge of performing such bans.
The last such example we have encountered is akakce.com – a large Turkish retail site.
We won’t speculate here about the reasons why this site does not want to be price-monitored, we’ll just say that stealth IP traffic (once again) – enabling our Turkish clients to monitor them effectively.
