If you’re using our Pricing strategy wizard, there is a new feature you should check out. So far, pricing opportunities were suggesting only products that were available. However, since Price2Spy is a tool used by hundreds and hundreds of clients, not all of them use the same business logic. Therefore, on one of our clients’ request, we have decided to add new options regarding the product availability, and enable even more detailed filtering.
First of all, you need to define the type of pricing opportunities you’d like to use in Step 1 (this part remained the same):
In Steps 2 and 3, after choosing the desired settings there are two new drop-down menus.
This means that now you can filter the strategy settings according to the product availability. So, the strategy can include:
- all products
- only available products
- only unavailable products
Please note that you can choose these settings for both your and your competitors’ URLs.
Once you are done with Steps 4 and 5 (they remained the same), click Finish and see how the new settings will affect your pricing opportunities!
In case you want to change the setting of a previously made strategy, just click on your Profile name => Pricing Strategies and then click on the Edit button. The same drop-down menus will show up. Click Save to save the changes.
Please feel free to play around with the new options, and choose the one that suits your needs.
